General Booking Conditions
ID Proof Mandate: You must carry the original ID card that was submitted during the online booking process. Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourists.
Liable for Fee Changes: In case of any revision of fees (safari, taxes, guide charges, etc.) after the booking is made, visitors will be liable to pay the difference at the time of entry.
Reporting Time: Visitors are required to report at the boarding place at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled safari departure.
Zone Allotment: The park zone is allotted based on availability, and your safari may be conducted in any available zone.
Unauthorized Booking Methods: The use of unauthorized methods, such as bots or browser autofill extensions, to secure permits is strictly prohibited. Permits obtained this way will be invalidated, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Official Bookings are Non-Refundable: Once a safari permit (Jeep/Canter) or Forest Rest House night stay is booked and confirmed through the electronic source, it is generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled in any scenario.
Rainy Season Risk: Bookings for day visits and night stays during the rainy season (generally June 1st to November 14th) are provisional and subject to cancellation on short notice due to weather or road conditions. No refunds can be claimed if a booking is canceled due to bad weather.
Technical Errors: If your safari is not booked due to technical error or non-availability of seats, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Non-Refundable Charges: If your payment is deducted but the tickets are not booked, the refunded amount will exclude MDR charges (Merchant Discount Rate), as these are non-refundable bank fees.

Failure to comply may result in ticket cancellation without prior notice and without refunds.
The Corbett Tiger Reserve will not be held responsible for any financial or other losses incurred due to such cancellations from third-party bookings. If you encounter issues, you must contact your booking agent directly.
