Jungle Safari Disclaimer & Important Disclosure

1. Independent Operator Status (Crucial for Transparency) 📢

  • Private, Independent Travel Company: Celebrate Vacation and our website https://jimcorbett.co are a private, independent travel company and are NOT the official government website for Jim Corbett National Park, Corbett Tiger Reserve, or any associated government entity.
  • No Government Affiliation: This website operates solely as a private booking agent. We are not managed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Government of Uttarakhand, the Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) Authority, or the Forest Department in any manner.
  • Terms of Service: All bookings made through this website are subject exclusively to our private Terms & Conditions.

2. Mandatory Documentation Requirement 🆔

  • Original Photo ID Required: It is mandatory for every individual (tourist) to carry the original photo identification document that was used to book the safari permit (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License).
  • No Entry Without Match: Forest authorities strictly enforce this rule. If the original ID proof presented at the entry gate does not exactly match the details on the safari permit, entry will be denied.
  • Non-Refundable: In the event that a tourist is denied entry due to mismatching or missing original identification, the safari amount is non-refundable.

3. Wildlife Sighting Guarantee (or Lack Thereof) 🐅

  • No Guarantee: We and the forest department do not guarantee the sighting of any specific wildlife, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, elephants, or any other animal species.
  • Nature’s Chance: The safari is an opportunity to explore the natural habitat of Jim Corbett National Park. Wildlife sightings are entirely a matter of chance, luck, and the unpredictable nature of the jungle.

4. Operational Risks and Cancellations 🌧️

  • Permit Status: The safari entry permit is non-refundable once issued by the forest department.
  • Official Cancellation: If the Jim Corbett National Park authority cancels the safari or denies entry due to unavoidable circumstances (such as severe weather, heavy rain, road damage, emergency alerts, or official orders), we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. This is because the permit fee itself is non-refundable by the park authority.

5. Financial Clarity 💰

  • Price is for Day Safari Only: The price paid (₹ 8,500/- Per Safari, including GST) covers the Day Safari Trip only (Permit, Vehicle, Driver, Guide).
  • No Accommodation Included: This price does not include any overnight stay, accommodation, meals, or any personal expenses incurred by the tourist.
