The Garjiya Zone, one of the most popular safari ranges in Jim Corbett National Park, offers a captivating blend of wildlife adventure and scenic beauty. Your itinerary begins with an early morning jeep safari through dense forest trails, where the golden rays of sunrise filter through the tall Sal trees. As you traverse the varied terrain of grasslands, riverbanks, and woodland, you might encounter elephants, deer, wild boars, and a wide range of bird species—and with some luck, a glimpse of the majestic Bengal tiger. Midway through the safari, stop near the Kosi River to admire the stunning Garjiya Temple perched on a rocky hill, one of the most iconic sights in the park. After the safari, relax at a nearby café or riverside spot, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The Garjiya Zone offers an ideal combination of thrilling wildlife encounters and breathtaking landscapes, making it a must-visit part of Corbett.
