These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Payment Security Policy, Disclaimer, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Celebrate Vacation. This agreement governs your use of all services and products offered through our website, mobile applications, salespersons, offices, call centers, branch offices, franchisees, and agents.

By accessing, browsing, or using any Celebrate Vacation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Applicability and User Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions, together with all other linked policies, constitute the agreement governing all dealings and transactions between the User and Celebrate Vacation. Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. Minors are not permitted to register or conduct transactions on our website independently. Transactions involving minors must be conducted by a parent or legal guardian.

Celebrate Vacation reserves the right to terminate membership or block access if a User is found to be a minor, legally incompetent to contract, or to have provided false age information.

3. Website Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Celebrate Vacation uses images, audio, software, text, icons, and other content across its sales channels. Certain content may be sourced from third-party providers under applicable licenses. Celebrate Vacation's proprietary logos, service marks, trademarks, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No license or right to use Celebrate Vacation's proprietary content is granted unless expressly authorized. You may use the website only as permitted by this agreement. You must not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit website content for unauthorized commercial or public purposes.

4. Website Usage and Prohibited Conduct

The website is intended for lawful use. You agree not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt its operation. Where registration is required, you must provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Celebrate Vacation may suspend website access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. Downloads and use of website information are at your own risk, and you are responsible for protecting your devices and data.

You must not upload, publish, transmit, or share content that:

• Is obscene, pornographic, abusive, or invasive of privacy.
• Promotes discrimination, violence, or unlawful activities.
• Harms or exploits children.
• Infringes patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.

• Threatens India's unity, integrity, defense, security, sovereignty, or public order.

5. Reporting Objectionable or Infringing Content

Users may report unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, privacy-invasive, abusive, fraudulent, spam-related, or intellectual-property-infringing content found on our website or application.

Complaints should be sent to hotels@celebratevacation.co and should include the nature of the violation, the relevant page link, supporting ownership documents where applicable, and your contact information.

By submitting a complaint, you authorize Celebrate Vacation to share relevant complaint information with parties necessary to investigate and resolve the matter. We will make reasonable efforts to address properly documented complaints.

6. Bookings by Travel Agents

Travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, and aggregators must not use the website for commercial resale purposes without the required registration and express authorization from Celebrate Vacation.

Unauthorized bookings may be cancelled, and payments or refunds may be handled in accordance with applicable policies and law. Celebrate Vacation is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized commercial use by travel agents.

Discounts and promotional offers are intended for eligible, legitimate bookings by Celebrate Vacation Users.

7. Limited Liability of Celebrate Vacation

Celebrate Vacation primarily acts as a facilitator or technology platform connecting Users with independent service providers, including airlines, hotels, bus operators, cab operators, tour suppliers, and cruise providers, unless expressly acting as a direct reseller for a particular service.

Our role and liability depend on the service booked and the applicable booking conditions. Service delivery, quality, availability, delays, provider cancellations, personal injury, loss, or damage may be the responsibility of the relevant service provider.

The contractual relationship for the actual travel service may be directly between you and the relevant provider. Celebrate Vacation is not responsible for inaccurate, inadequate, outdated, or unlawful information supplied by independent providers, subject to applicable law.

8. User's Responsibilities

You must carefully review service descriptions, prices, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions before making a reservation. Once confirmed, your booking is subject to the conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

If you make a booking on behalf of another person, you must inform that person of the applicable terms and conditions. You must comply with all relevant laws, service procedures, and provider requirements.

Services are offered subject to their stated terms and availability. Features and services may change from time to time. No oral or written statement creates a warranty unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.

You authorize Celebrate Vacation representatives to contact you by telephone, message, or email for purposes connected with your inquiry, booking, transaction, or other authorized communication, subject to applicable consent and communication laws.

9. Security and Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. Notify Celebrate Vacation promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Celebrate Vacation applies security measures to protect personal and payment information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security against every possible threat.

Information may be processed or shared with authorized service providers for payment processing, hosting, fraud prevention, verification, or other legitimate purposes. Information may also be disclosed to law enforcement or government authorities where legally required.

Never share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or card verification details with unauthorized persons.

10. Fees and Payments

Celebrate Vacation may charge convenience fees or service fees in addition to the booking price. Applicable charges will be displayed before booking confirmation. Fees may change from time to time, subject to applicable law.

If an amount has been undercharged due to a technical error, the outstanding amount may be recovered. A booking may be cancelled where the required payment is not completed before the service is used.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and price adjustments imposed by law or the relevant service provider.

If a booking remains unconfirmed, the booking amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable policy. Celebrate Vacation is not obligated to provide an alternative booking unless separately agreed.

Refunds for cancellations initiated by the User, service provider, or circumstances beyond reasonable control are subject to the applicable booking and provider policies and the receipt of funds where relevant.

Refunds are generally processed to the original payment instrument, subject to payment-provider requirements. Only make payments through official Celebrate Vacation payment channels.

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI
• Credit and debit cards
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Gift cards
• EMI, where available

11. Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance unless insurance is expressly included in your booking. Where insurance is provided through a third-party insurer, claims and disputes are governed by that insurer's terms.

Celebrate Vacation does not guarantee the acceptance of an insurance claim and is not responsible for decisions made by the insurance provider.

12. TCS Compliance (Tax Collected at Source)

Tax Collected at Source (TCS) may apply to overseas tour packages under Section 206C of the Income Tax Act, 1961, as amended. Applicable amounts will be collected and deposited according to the law.

You must provide valid PAN information and any other required documents. Incorrect or invalid information may affect booking processing. Where a higher statutory rate applies, the relevant tax requirements must be satisfied.

13. Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS)

International bookings and foreign-exchange transactions may be subject to Reserve Bank of India requirements, including PAN verification and applicable remittance limits.

You are responsible for supplying accurate documentation within the required timeframe and confirming that your transactions comply with applicable foreign-exchange regulations.

Failure to meet legal or documentation requirements may delay or prevent processing of an international booking.

14. Obligation to Obtain a Visa

For international travel, you are responsible for obtaining valid visas, transit visas, travel authorizations, and any required "OK TO BOARD" approvals.

Travel-document information provided by Celebrate Vacation is for general guidance. You must independently verify requirements with the relevant airline, embassy, consulate, and government authority.

Visa refusal or failure to obtain required documentation may result in cancellation charges or other costs under the applicable booking policy.

15. Force Majeure

Celebrate Vacation or a service provider may be unable to fulfil a booking because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, labour unrest, technical failures, or provider cancellations.

Where reasonably possible, alternatives or refunds may be considered in accordance with the relevant booking policy, applicable law, and amounts recoverable from the provider.

Where a booking cannot be confirmed because of a technical issue, the remedy may be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected booking, subject to applicable law.

16. Advertisers and Linked Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or resources. These websites are not necessarily controlled by Celebrate Vacation.

You should independently verify third-party information and review the terms and privacy policies of external websites. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that Celebrate Vacation endorses the linked service.

17. Right to Refuse Service

Celebrate Vacation reserves the right to refuse or restrict bookings where permitted by law, including cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, unauthorized activity, security concerns, or violations of these terms.

Access may be suspended or terminated if a User violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or engages in abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

Independent service providers may also refuse service for legitimate reasons, including safety concerns, government orders, or violations of their own terms. Any resulting refund or claim is subject to the relevant provider's policy and applicable law.

18. Right to Cancel Bookings

You must provide correct and valid information when making a reservation. Celebrate Vacation may cancel or restrict a booking where there is a material error, suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or misrepresentation, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking conditions.

Where cancellation is required by a court or government authority, Celebrate Vacation will comply with the applicable direction.

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled under the relevant cancellation policy and applicable legal requirements.

19. Fake Calls, Phishing, Spamming and Fraud

Fraudsters may impersonate Celebrate Vacation employees or authorized representatives. Do not share passwords, OTPs, banking login credentials, or card security information with anyone claiming to represent us.

Do not transfer money to personal bank accounts or install unknown applications at the request of an unverified caller. Report suspicious requests to hotels@celebratevacation.co.

20. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of another person's rights.

21. COVID-19 and Public Health Requirements

Travel services may be affected by public-health requirements, government restrictions, or service-provider safety policies. Providers may restrict or refuse service where legally required or where applicable safety conditions are not met.

You must comply with applicable travel advisories, public-health instructions, documentation requirements, and service-provider policies. Refunds for affected bookings will be governed by the relevant cancellation conditions and applicable law.

22. Content Moderation Guidelines

22.1 Guest Review Moderation

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences. Where required, reviews may be checked automatically or manually for compliance with platform guidelines.

Celebrate Vacation may investigate suspected fake or misleading reviews and remove content that violates applicable guidelines or law. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the reviewer's intended meaning when moderating content.

22.2 Text Reviews

Genuine positive and negative reviews may be accepted. Reviews may be rejected if they contain abusive language, threats, discriminatory content, irrelevant material, confidential information, or unsupported accusations.

Duplicate reviews, fake reviews, reviews unrelated to the relevant property, and reviews submitted without a genuine customer experience may also be rejected.

22.3 Image Reviews

Images relevant to hotel facilities, such as rooms, bathrooms, reception areas, restaurants, and other property amenities, may be accepted.

Images may be rejected if they are irrelevant, duplicated, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, excessively low in quality, or improperly tagged.

22.4 Hotel Replies

Hotel responses should remain relevant, professional, and respectful. Replies containing threats, abusive language, irrelevant information, or prohibited promotional material may be removed or rejected.

23. Recommendation System

Celebrate Vacation may use recommendation systems to display properties and travel services based on search information, destination, number of guests, budget, prior platform activity, location, price, property type, customer reviews, booking performance, and other relevant factors.

Search results may be sorted by popularity by default, with additional sorting options available where supported. Sponsored listings may receive increased visibility because of commercial arrangements with service providers. A "Sponsored" label indicates paid promotion.

24. Miscellaneous

24.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

24.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

24.3 Amendments

Celebrate Vacation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users should review this page periodically for changes.

24.4 Confidentiality

Information expressly identified as confidential must be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for the performance of an applicable agreement.

24.5 Customer Feedback

25. Specific Service Terms

Different travel products may be subject to additional terms imposed by airlines, hotels, bus operators, cab operators, tour suppliers, visa service providers, and cruise companies. The terms applicable to your particular booking will be communicated during the booking process or in the relevant confirmation documents.

25.1 Flight Tickets

Flight bookings are subject to airline fare rules, availability, code-share agreements, applicable taxes, convenience fees, baggage allowances, infant and child fare rules, travel-document requirements, check-in procedures, and airline conditions.

Changes, cancellations, refunds, and the permitted use of individual flight segments are governed by the applicable airline and booking conditions. You are responsible for checking passenger names, travel dates, and document details before travel.

25.2 Hotels

Hotel bookings are subject to property-specific terms, availability, room descriptions, check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, occupancy limits, and applicable age requirements.

Hotels may impose additional charges for meals, laundry, room service, security deposits, extra beds, mandatory supplements, or other services where disclosed or permitted by applicable law.

Payment conditions may include prepaid bookings, pay-at-hotel arrangements, part payments, or security deposits. Property services and standards remain subject to the property's applicable terms and legal obligations.

25.3 Bus Bookings

Celebrate Vacation may act as a technology platform for bus reservations. Bus operations, vehicle condition, driver conduct, seat allocation, baggage handling, boarding points, delays, and operator cancellations are governed by the relevant bus operator's terms.

Passengers must carry valid identification, arrive at the designated boarding point on time, confirm boarding details with the operator, and comply with ticket conditions, including applicable child-fare and cancellation rules.

25.4 Cab Services, Including Self-Drive

Cab services may include outstation journeys, airport transfers, local travel, car rentals, and self-drive bookings. Availability, fares, permitted usage, driver details, vehicle requirements, and cancellation conditions are determined by the relevant operator and booking confirmation.

Users must provide accurate pickup and destination details, carry required identification and driving documents where applicable, follow safety instructions, and protect their belongings. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, taxes, extra distance, waiting time, or other disclosed services.

Celebrate Vacation's responsibility is subject to its role in the booking and applicable law. Complaints relating to actual transportation should also be reported to the relevant operator.

25.5 Tours and Attractions

Tours and attraction bookings depend on availability, supplier conditions, schedules, eligibility requirements, and applicable prices and fees. Users must provide correct information, carry required documents, present their booking voucher, arrive on time, and comply with supplier instructions.

Some activities may require waivers, health declarations, minimum-age requirements, or other eligibility conditions. Users must not resell bookings without authorization. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier policy and booking conditions.

25.6 Visa Services

Visa services, where offered, may involve assistance with collecting, checking, and submitting documents. Visa decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Users must provide genuine and accurate documents, verify the details of issued visas, and check all travel requirements before departure. Additional charges may include service fees, logistics costs, embassy fees, and applicable taxes.

Celebrate Vacation cannot guarantee visa approval, entry permission, or the issuance of an "OK TO BOARD" authorization. Reapplications, appeals, and additional processing may be treated as separate services.

25.7 Domestic and Outbound Tours

Tour arrangements may involve independent contractors, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other third-party suppliers. The conditions of these suppliers apply to their respective services.

Brochures, itineraries, tour prices, accommodation, meals, transportation, and activities are subject to availability and the conditions stated at booking. Changes may be required because of supplier decisions, currency movements, fuel costs, government restrictions, or other relevant factors.

Meals and special requests are subject to supplier confirmation. Unused meals or activities may not be refundable unless the applicable policy provides otherwise.

Hotel accommodation, room categories, baggage arrangements, coach seating, and itineraries are governed by the confirmed tour documents and relevant supplier terms. Users are responsible for their belongings and for damage they cause to hotel or transport property.

Users must follow tour schedules, carry valid travel documents, and arrive at departure points on time. Missed activities, transfers, or services caused by a User's delay may not be refundable.

Visa rejection, personal cancellations, amendments, deposits, cancellation charges, and refund processing are governed by the confirmed tour conditions. Refunds may depend on amounts recovered from suppliers.

Users are responsible for arranging suitable travel insurance where necessary and complying with local laws, safety instructions, and activity-specific requirements.

Travel agents and third-party booking intermediaries may be subject to separate arrangements. Users should confirm all payment, contact, and refund conditions with the authorized booking provider.

25.8 Cruise Services

Cruise reservations are subject to the availability, pricing, documentation requirements, and booking conditions of the cruise provider. Users must supply accurate passenger information and comply with the provider's rules.

Cruise providers determine boarding procedures, schedules, safety requirements, passenger eligibility, and onboard services. Users must carry valid travel documents, arrive at the designated location on time, and comply with applicable safety instructions and waivers.

Cruise fares, taxes, payment schedules, amendments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable cruise-provider conditions and booking confirmation. Additional services may incur extra charges.

Celebrate Vacation's responsibility depends on its role in the booking and applicable law. Changes caused by weather, safety requirements, operational issues, or other exceptional circumstances are subject to the cruise provider's terms and applicable law.
